Submit an Event

We encourage NGOs, businesses, academia, artists and the public to host cultural events, seminars, panels and other activities addressing climate change. If you have an existing event or an idea for an event and would like to become a Climate Week NY°C Event Affiliate, fill out and submit the form for approval. Deadline for submission is September 8, 2010.

  • Insert Climate Week NYC logo (with specified dimensions as provided in the brand guidelines) on the homepage of the event web site
  • Include Climate Week NYC in newsletter, blog, twitter and facebook posts
  • Follow and retweet ClimateWeekNYC twitter posts to audience when appropriate
  • Provide the Climate Week NYC website with timely access to images and videos of event.
  • Utilize Climate Week NYC talking points where appropriate
  • Allow Climate Week NYC to have signage and/or printed programs at event.
  • Provide The Climate Group with 15 invitations to event (where applicable)
